**Your responsibilities**:

- You shape the strategy for the vocational training at Elektrobit and ensure its implementation. This includes a regular check of our current vocational training portfolio (e.g. apprenticeships / duals studies and their respective specializations).
- You ensure a high-quality training for our apprentices / dual students in software development that is in line with all legal requirements.
- You design and deliver training concepts tailored to the specific target group.
- You are the first point of contact for apprenticeship trainers and training officers in the various departments.
- You act as the disciplinary manager for all apprentices / dual students (e.g. conducting feedback talks).
- You are responsible for the planning and tracking of the budget dedicated to vocational training.
- You foster the apprenticeship community through appropriate measures (e.g. recruitment of new apprentice trainers, joint projects).
- You act as the interface to the chambers of industry and commerce, vocational schools and partner universities.
- You are project lead for the implementation of dual studies at various locations within Germany.

**Your profile**:

- You are certified as apprenticeship trainer by the chamber of industry and commerce.
- You have professional experience in the field of software development and training of apprentices / students.
- You are characterized by your great interest and your openness in the field of learning and coaching.
- You are passionate about coaching and supporting apprentices / students in their individual growth and have excellent knowledge of state-of-the-art and future formats and methods of learning and teaching.
- You have strong team player skills.
- You are able to keep different stakeholders together.
- You are fluent in German and have good English skills.
