We deliver 24/7 support through diffent time zones and work in a hybrid Multi-Cloud environment (AWS, Azure, On-DCs). The whole BIT team is leading the SoftwareONE's internal transformation by rethinking traditional IT and business operations, while driving innovation and productivity for its thousand's employees worldwide.

The role:

- Responsible for the portfolio of Systems Services
- Represents clients/business on a day-to-day basis as a permanent member of an E2E delivery team
- Continuously updates and manages the backlog in close collaboration with the Product Manager and the delivery team
- Understands the client’s productor service-related requirements and priorities
- Breaks requirements down into a list of deliverables (backlog) for the E2E delivery team
- Helps to review and inspect deliverables before they are presented to the client

What we need to see from you:
**your experience**
- 5+ years in managing and operating Infrastructure solutions On-prem, on AWS and Azure
- Managing Infrastructure as Code with DevOps Tools (RedHat Ansible, Hashicorp Terraform, etc.)
- Being a Product Owner in an agile team (SAFE, KANBAN, SCRUM)

**your knowledge**
- Analyzing, designing, developing, implementing Infrastructure utilizing Service technologies/platforms in a hybrid environment
- IT methodologies to guide the technical work of the team member assigned to programs/projects
- Proven expertise on Windows OS, Linux OS (Red hat, Ubuntu, AWS Linux) and OS close services like AD, DNS, PKI, etc.
- A deep understanding of a variety of IT services, f.e. service offerings, technical standards and policies, as well as organizational structure

**your certifications**
- Windows, Linux OS Certifications

**your language skill**
- Written and verbal English is a must
