- Managing and maintaining the IT platform and associated systems.
- Overseeing interface management, process monitoring, and system performance.
- Performing error analysis and troubleshooting as part of 2nd/3rd level support.
- Acting as the primary contact for inquiries related to processes.
- Working alongside customers and service providers to evaluate new functionalities.

**Language Skills**:
