**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Bearbeitung allgemeiner Anfragen im Tagesgeschäft
- Kommunikationsschnittstelle zu Leistungsträgern, Agenturen im Zielgebiet und internen Fachbereichen
- Bearbeitung und Prüfung von Rechnungsdifferenzen
- Bearbeitung von Leistungsänderungen (Clearings)
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Schulungsmaßnahmen z.B. E-Learnings/Webinare
- Teilnahme an Verkaufsförderungsveranstaltungen, bei Bedarf Begleitung von Fam-Trips
- Unterstützung bei der regelmäßigen Markt
- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung hinsichtlich Marktpreisbild
- Unterstützung bei der untersaisonalen Preis
- und Kapazitätssteuerung von Non-Risk Kapazitäten
**Dein Profil**:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Tourismuskauffrau/-mann, ggf. Studium BWL/Touristik
- Gutes Zahlenverständnis
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement in der Touristik
- Zielgebietskenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- & Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Teamfähigkeit, Organisationsgeschick, Belastbarkeit, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und Flexibilität
