Independent personnel and holiday planning as well as leadership, motivation and further development of the team reporting to you.

Own responsibility for a smooth logistics process in the area of responsibility and across organisations

Responsible for the control, monitoring and optimisation of all logistics processes with regard to quality, adherence to schedules, costs, safety and customer satisfaction

Compliance with safety, quality, productivity specifications and delivery times to achieve the common daily, weekly, monthly and annual targets

Carrying out training, instruction, employee appraisals and health talks

Compliance with all EH&S relevant specifications and instructions

5S+1 zone manager and support for projects and TEOA

Organisation and participation in improvement workshops (KAIZEN)

Representation and support of colleagues

Responsibility for the technical equipment in your area

**What your background should look like**:
Successfully completed vocational training, further training as a logistics foreman would be advantageous.

Several years of professional experience in a comparable position

Experience in personnel management

Very good knowledge of the SAP and ASSIST systems

Good MS Office skills - Very good written and spoken German, good English skills

High sense of responsibility, flexibility and ability to work under pressure

Reliable and independent way of working

Team
- and customer-oriented work, hands-on mentality

Willingness to work shifts, 3-shift

Willingness to work weekends

Independence and planning skills
