Our Dynamics 365 Competence Center is being established to lead the strategic transformation of our financial systems from SAP ECC FI/CO to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. We are looking for a Head of Dynamics 365 Competence Center who will take overall responsibility for building and leading this centre of excellence.

**YOUR ROLE AT A GLANCE**
- Leading the Dynamics 365 Competence Center, with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including building, developing, and leading the internal team
- Integrating and upskilling the existing SAP team into the new Dynamics 365 team
- Developing and implementing the strategic roadmap for Dynamics 365 F&O in close coordination with the CIO and CFO
- Managing the migration from SAP ECC FI/CO to Dynamics 365 F&O, including the coordination of external service providers
- Prioritizing functional requirements in collaboration with the Finance and Controlling departments
- Ensuring clear communication with stakeholders at the management level
- Acting as the primary interface between IT, business departments, and external service providers
- The role is located in Hamburg, Germany. A substantial presence in Hamburg is neccessary

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**
- Proven leadership experience and demonstrated competence in building and developing and leading high-performing teams
- Profound expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, alongside strong knowledge of cloud technologies, middleware, and the integration of adjacent IT systems
- Extensive experience with complex ERP projects (ideally with Dynamics 365 F&O or comparable systems like SAP FI/CO), as well as in team leadership, operations, and the continuous development of ERP platforms
- Deep understanding of financial and controlling processes within an international environment
- Strong communication and moderation skills when interacting with stakeholders at all levels
- High degree of self-initiative, a strong sense of responsibility, and a structured working approach
- Business fluency in both English and German
