Your Role

As Junior Legal Counsel focused on Employment Law you are part of arrives’ legal team and will primarily provide legal advice on employment related issues and furthermore, support the legal team on resolving various other law related issues.

Your Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day legal advice on employment and HR related issues
- Draft, review, revise and update employment-related agreements and guidelines
- First point of contact for the people team on all relevant HR and recruiting related legal topics
- Responsible for Employment Law related litigation
- Support of the legal team on resolving various other law related matters

Your Profile
- Fully and above average qualified lawyer for German Law (Second State Exam)
- At least 1 year PQE in Employment Law, preferably at an in-house legal department or a law-firm with a focus on the employer’s side
- Problem-solver with a hands-on mentality and an eye for the bigger picture
- Drive to work independently and to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent German & English language and communication skills
- Highly motivated to adapt to new legal challenges the company faces during its growth and enthusiastic to help shape its future
