Share our passion for high-quality software engineering andbecome part of our Engineering team as Team Lead Engineering (M/F/d) **Your Impact**: - Leading and empowering the Engineering Team to create first class software, products / solutions for the group companies and everyone they serve - Be involved in the conception, implementation and operation of smart solutions for the Oetker Group brands - Contribute to the digital transformation of well-established German brands, making them more competitive and fit for the digital age - Build and grow relationship with our group companies and seek out to exchange about business and product related challenges - Take direct responsibility and contributing to the technological vision in close alignment with your team, tech owner and Head of Engineering - Guide, train and support fellow engineers by providing mentoring, pair programming, workshops and other growth initiatives - Be part of an international engineering team that is passionate about constantly improving the technical quality of its products - Close alignment with the Head of Engineering and other members of the Management team to align, build and drive the company strategy, mission and vision - Work in an agile (Scrum) and open-minded environment with cross-functional product teams supported by our DevOps department **Your Strengths**: - Enhanced experience either in modern frontend frameworks (React, NextJS, etc. using TypeScript) or in backend technologies preferable PHP (Symfony) or C# (.net core) - Experience in working as a Tech Lead or Team Lead for at least two years - Owning the collaboration using agile methodologies supported by tools like ClickUp and Mattermost - Fundamental understanding of Cloud services (GCP, AWS) and Web Services (REST / JSON / GraphQL) is a plus - Passionate about best practices in design patterns, clean code, and testing - Excellent communication skills, passion for technical discussions, and ability to translate engineering concepts to non-tech stakeholders - Fluent in English and, German **A huge plus**: - Containerization based on Docker utilizing Kubernetes - Experience in developing NodeJS services - Experience in working in a microservice environment **Our Tech Stack**: From front - & back-end development; to data analytics, science & engineering - at Oetker Digital we continually try to foster a "builder"-culture across all of our various teams.
