**Was zu tun ist.**:
**Als Financial Controller (m, w, d) bist du erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für betriebswirtschaftliche Fragestellungen für Kunden, Lieferanten und Mitarbeiter. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören insbesondere**
- Regelmäßige Auswertungen von Agentur
- und Kundenrentabilität
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Monatsabschlüssen für Gesellschaften der Hirschen Group
- Mitarbeit an der Unternehmensplanung für Gesellschaften der Hirschen Group
- Regelmäßige Durchführung von ad-hoc-Analysen unterschiedlicher betrieblicher Gegenstände und Entwicklungen
- Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Standorte (für die Bereiche Organisation, Administration, Prozesse, Genehmigungsverfahren, etc.)

**Was du mitbringst.**:

- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder buchhalterische Ausbildung
- Solide Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen und/oder buchhalterischen Umfeld, idealerweise sogar in einer Agentur (das ist aber kein Muss)
- Eine ausgeprägte Affinität zu buchhalterischen Vorgängen und eine eigenständige und effiziente Arbeitsweise
- Sichere Anwendung von MS Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel, und sehr gern auch easyJob (ist aber kein Muss)
- Proaktive und kommunikative Haltung und Lust auf die Arbeit in einem ambitionierten und aufgeschlossenen Team
