**The Challenge**:
Critical decisions are made every single day in our government._ _What if you could use your experience and analytical skills to help them make informed decisions? With all the information available today, it takes a skilled professional to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. As a counterintelligence (CI) planner, you use your specialized DoD experience and your attention to detail to develop solutions and products to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to protect our critical infrastructure.

As a CI planner on our team, you’ll be responsible for providing CI and HUMINT operations and planning support to the critical infrastructure protection and helping your client understand the Defense Critical Infrastructure Program (DCIP). You will manage component inputs to create a comprehensive site picture for the client and answer requests for information as needed.

Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources. You’ll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for senior decision makers. As the authority on DCIP, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources to learn new skills and tools. **You Have**:

- Experience with DCIP, threat analysis, assessments, and reporting
- Experience working at a command or HQ level
- Knowledge of counterintelligence policies, directives, operations, planning, and coordinating
- Ability to problem solve while working independently
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with counterintelligence planning or Master's degree and 3+ years of experience with counterintelligence planning

**Nice If You Have**:

- Experience with working in a joint environment, including working with Military Department Counterintelligence Organizations
- Experience working in the European Theater
- CISA or GCIP Certification
