Eosol Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Technician to join our team for an exciting project involving a thermal and thermoelectric power plant. This is a crucial role that requires a proactive approach to health, safety, and environmental management, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

**About the Role**:
As an HSE Technician at Eosol Group, you will be instrumental in upholding and advancing our commitment to a safe and healthy working environment. You will work closely with project management, site personnel, and external stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the construction and operation of the power plant. Your primary focus will be on implementing and monitoring HSE policies and procedures on-site, conducting inspections, investigations, and promoting a strong safety culture.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management systems.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and non-compliance issues.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, determining root causes and recommending corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver HSE training programs to site personnel, contractors, and visitors.
- Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international HSE regulations and standards.
- Monitor environmental aspects of the project, including waste management and emissions control.
- Prepare and submit regular HSE reports to project management and relevant authorities.
- Promote a positive safety culture through active engagement and communication with all levels of staff.
- Maintain HSE documentation, records, and databases.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, clients, and subcontractors on all HSE matters.
- Participate in risk assessments and hazard identification studies.
- Ensure the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety devices.
- Manage emergency response plans and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HSE legislation and best practices.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an HSE role, preferably within the energy sector or large industrial projects.
- Proven experience in a thermal or thermoelectric power plant environment is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of HSE principles, regulations, and management systems.
- Experience in conducting HSE audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and safety procedures.

**Required Skills**:

- Fluency in both English and German (written and spoken) is essential.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Relevant HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH).
- Experience with specific HSE software or databases.
- Knowledge of environmental management systems (e.g., ISO 14001).
- First Aid certification.
