Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Lead marketing and KAM oncology team with full P&L responsibility of multiple oncology brands/products, incl. biosimilars
- Ensure development and implementation of strategy for these brands to further drive the business and achieve the business goals
- Build and manage relationships with key customers, incl. hospital buying groups and compounders
- Overall forecast responsibility for portfolio of selected brands, ensuring supply reliability
- Develop and manage strategic business
- and budget plans for relevant product, incl. execution of forementioned to consistently demonstrate value of Viatris’ products and services to internal and external stakeholders
- Work directly with the BU Head, other functions, regional and global colleagues in order to ensure a well-aligned strategy and its execution for the German market
- Ensure compliance with all legal, official and regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical marketing (compliance with legal requirements, internal guidelines and SOPs and regular participation in their training) including forwarding of notifications on adverse drug reactions to the responsible PV department

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

- Degree in Business Administration, Management and / or Marketing and Sales (Master degree preferred)
- Qualification according to -75 AMG preferred
- Min. 10 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry, with strong management
- and sales background
- Strong relationships in to hospital buying groups, compounders and oncology traders
- Profound knowledge of the German pharmaceutical market, especially oncology market, -structures, and -health political environment
- Strong analytical
- and strategic capabilities, able to articulate a focused and business-oriented marketing and sales strategy
- Profound business knowledge and ability to analyze key business performance indicators
- Strong leadership skills including presentation, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Strong Team management skills, ability to drive a team of professionals to high performance in a motivating manner
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and oral
