**About the Business**

Our Destination Management services form the core of our business. Together with our destination experts, our sales and account management teams generate business by partnering with our customers (Tour Operators, Travel Agencies) to shape exciting itineraries suited to their traveler’s needs. We take care of everything from ground support, hotel bookings, sightseeing, restaurants, and local guides; all while providing 24/7 customer support so that travelers from over 50 countries can enjoy memorable travel experiences worry free.

**About the Role**

As a Working Student/Intern at Kuoni Tumlare, you will be a vital part of our team, assisting with various tasks across Procurement and Destination Management. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Contract Assistance**: Support the procurement and destination management teams in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts.
- **Data Management**: Maintain and update data in Maps, MCC, and DOS systems, including verifying and obtaining missing information from suppliers.
- **Overview Maps**: Create and update overview maps of services and hotels to aid in operational planning and client presentations.
- **Presentation Creation**: Develop professional presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including data visualization and report generation.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on market trends, competitor analysis, and new destinations to support strategic decision-making.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with general administrative tasks, including organizing and filing documents, and coordinating meetings and communications.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with various teams to support project execution and contribute to the development of new initiatives.
- **Customer Support**: Provide assistance in addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues, contributing to a positive client experience.

**To Succeed in the Role, You Should Have**:

- Currently enrolled in University, preferably in Business Studies or Tourism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills with English proficiency.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
