Yume Phan Barneveld is a modern Asian restaurant where you can enjoy a unique blend of Vietnamese and Japanese specialties. We combine traditional flavors with a contemporary presentation and work exclusively with fresh ingredients. Hospitality, quality, and passion for our craft are our top priorities. To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for an Independent working I.
What will you be doing?
- Prepare ingredients ourselves;
- Provide input on the composition and modification of menus, menu items, and methods;
- Responsible for inventory and order management;
- Technically supervise assistant(s).
What do we require?
- MBO 3 work and thinking level;
- Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques;
