Would you like to get insights into the Digital Interaction and Experience Design (DIXD) department of a global company? Do you like to work independently on parallel topics and always deliver very good results? You are target-oriented and enthusiastic about developing new ideas and ready to face new challenges? You can communicate complex topics in a generally understandable manner and are you interested in the areas of IT, UI/UX, industrialization and technology? Then you fit into the team Portfolio Management & Transformation at DIXD.

During your working studies, you will be part of our team and will work closely with a highly motivated team. You will support both in project and day-to-day business. In addition, you can gain insights into the structure and processes of one of the world's largest insurance and financial services companies during a working degree.

**Key Responsibilities**
- At the interface between communications and project management, you help shape the appearance of DIXD and drive forward innovative ideas and projects to implement our communication
- You work on the design of an optimal customer journey throughout DIXD's internal appearance
- You support the further development of our communications strategy with creative ideas and implement attention-grabbing measures for addressing our target groups
- You create and edit texts, visuals or photos for our online channels (e.g. LinkedIn and intranet) and support events and the measurement of the success of our initiatives
- You are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of smaller events (e.g. workshops, department meetings).
- You manage the content and storytelling by closely collaborating across teams.

**Key Requirements**
- Advanced Bachelor’s or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, media, communication, economics, humanities and social sciences, (business) psychology, journalism or other relevant areas
- You have already relevant experience in the field of Marketing/Communication/Sales as you completed first internships or working student assignments.
- You have experience in gathering content, creating stories and publishing them digitally, you know how Content Management Systems work and can easily handle them.
- You are into Social Media, you want to always tell the story of most interest for our target audiences, you want to understand them and you want to constantly get better.
- You are interested in digital / online marketing / social media and you keeo up to date
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams)
- Ideally, basic HTML knowledge
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills
- You work well autonomously, and in a team, with high degree of responsibility and initiative and you are enthusiastic about developing new ideas and ready to face new challenges
- In addition, you are an outstanding communicator with an above-average sense for team work and commitment
- You have very good analytical and conceptual skills and work independently and in a structured manner
- **You can start immediately and are interested in an internship for 4 to 6 months in full-time (38h/week) or - in a working student position - part time (16-20 h/week)**
