**Aufgabe**:
Your tasks

Whether it's a compulsory or voluntary internship - with us you will always benefit from an attractive salary and support the international Talent Sourcing & Recruiting Team with the following responsible tasks:

- You produce reports and dashboards on a weekly or monthly basis and recognize

continuous improvement opportunities to enhance them.
- You identify additional requirements and build additional reports and dashboards in Excel and PowerPoint based on the business needs.
- You analyse data and seek out opportunities and trends for process improvements.
- You research market standards and best practices in the field of recruiting data.
- You drive your own ideas forward and independently take on smaller projects that match your personal skills.

**Profile**:
You are studying business administration, humanities, or a comparable course of studies, ideally with a focus on human resources and/or data analytics. Or you already finished your studies and are in a gap year. You also have the following knowledge and skills:

- You have a high affinity for reporting and data, as well as for HR topics, especially sourcing & recruiting.
- You work in a structured, detail-oriented manner and have a high level of organizational skills.
- You are open, outgoing and have good communication skills in English and German.
- You have a secure handling of MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- You like to take on responsibility and are happy to work alone on projects to agreed timescales once given instructions and guidance.
- You are a team player and like to collaborate with others to both build new solutions and improve existing ones.
- You enjoy contributing your ideas and familiarizing yourself with new topics.
- You are confident enough to challenge the status quo where you can see opportunities for improvement.

A plus, not a must:

- You have already gained experience in agile project management and Scrum.
- You have already gained initial professional experience, e.g. through previous internships.
