**Data Scientist**:

**Our compensation package**: €72,500, composed of €60,000 - €65,000 in yearly salary, €2,500 - €7,500 in equity, and up to €5,000 p.a. in company benefits.

**Your role**:
**You build the mind of our AI-based MRI solution. **You implement state-of-the-art machine learning methods to analyze MRI data in a fast and accurate fashion. You generate insights from the data to guide our product development and work closely with MRI scientists and ML engineers to produce a reliable prediction for every data point. By leveraging your love for data and excellent problem-solving skills, you give intelligence to our MRI machines.
**Your day to day**:
On a typical day you will:
- develop machine learning strategies to solve novel challenges in MRI image analysis
- visualize data and perform statistical analysis
- train machine learning models, tune and analyze their performance
- monitor model performance in production and come up with solutions to elevate performance

**Data Fluency**
- You have a strong statistical and data analysis foundation, and have a good knowledge of the data analysis toolkit (e.g. numpy, pandas, OpenCV, scipy, scikit-learn, etc.)
- You care about data visualization and create user-friendly illustrations to explain phenomena in the data
- You understand the importance of data quality, and invest time in verifying or cleaning data and annotations
**Modeling**
- You are very familiar with Python and have experience with Git for code versioning
- You know your way around Pytorch and trained machine learning models extensively, using experiment tracking software (e.g. MlFlow, tensorboard)
- You know how to approach model selection, choose the best checkpoint and validate model performance on a test set
**Modeling & data fluency**
- You applied ML to 3D data and you understand its complexities
- You know how to work with MRI data (including raw data) and its formats
- You deployed ML models in production and are familiar with tools for model performance monitoring
