This is your chance to join the C&A team as an Intern (M/F/d) Change Management

**Your responsibilities**:

- **Scaling Change Capability**: Support the expansion of our approach to building and promoting change capability across the organization. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, develop solutions, and drive adoption of change management practices
- **Content Creation**: Develop and maintain key assets, toolkits, and enablers (e.g., guides, presentations, digital content) to support our transformation journey and ensure effective communication and engagement across teams
- **Change Management Project Work**: Participate in and support change management-related projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring initiatives to life and ensure successful implementation
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Engage with colleagues from various departments to understand their perspectives, gather feedback, and co-create solutions that drive positive change
- **Continuous Improvement**: Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our change management processes and methodologies by bringing in fresh ideas and leveraging best practices

**What you bring**:

- Completed or enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g. social sciences, work and organizational psychology, human resources, business studies, or a related field )
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English is required; German is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new digital tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- A proactive, curious mindset and a passion for people, transformation, and making a difference
