Eu D2c Logistics Co-ordinator

We are seeking a D2C Logistics Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our end-to-end EU supply chain in Germany, from organizing finished goods at the factory, right through to putting the product in our customer´s hands.
Reporting into the D2C Supply Chain Manager and supporting the EU Logistics Manager we are looking for a pro-active and entrepreneurial spirited individual with a love of getting stuck in and taking the initiative to make things happen. You’ll be highly organized and a planner by nature, you’ll be comfortable with ambiguity in a fast paced environment and be able to proactively anticipate challenges rather than react. You will manage day-to-day operational relationships with third-party suppliers and collaborate with several internal and external stakeholders.
**What are we looking for?**:
- You have 1-2 years experience in supply chain logistics for a product centric business
- Fluent German and English speaker
- You have hands on experience of working with third party suppliers, specifically co-packers, warehousing, haulage and last mile providers
- You are comfortable using logistics/operations tools such as WMS, carrier platforms and ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics D365)
**What will be your key responsibilities?**:
- Support and run daily end-to-end operations activities based on the overall business strategy requirements across all DE D2C brands
- Coordinate all associated logistics/supply management tasks, such as STO/PO management, stock replenishment and reconciliation, forecasting and planning
- Coordinate communication between suppliers and Direct2Pet supply team (e.g. 3PL and last mile, product supplier and 3PL etc.) and ensure SLAs are met
- Coordinating supply/demand requirements with D2C brands - eg supporting promotional activities and SKU changes
- Escalation point of contact and response for real time operations issues coordinating daily activities for order to production flows, including liaising with 3PL and Quality to ensure a smooth E2E flow
- Support our quality team with quality in distribution and food safety compliance and best practice
- Track and report KPIs to understand trends, performance & areas of improvement.
