**Specialist/Senior Specialist Proposal Management (M/F/d)**

**Your Job**
- Creation and customization of customer quotations in D365 MS Dynamics
- Supporting colleagues in the preparation of quotations
- Cost calculation in Excel
- Responsibility in quotation management regarding the creation and maintenance of quotations, their completion for customers
- Checking of purchase orders

**Your Profile**
- Successfully completed commercial or business management training
- 1-2 years of first professional experience with a service company, e.g. in the back office/sales team
- first experiences with MS Dynamics D365 are an advantage
- Independent, concentrated and high-quality work coupled with a sense of responsibility and a high level of quality awareness
- Good communication skills with strong organizational skills and good time management skills
- Ability to identify problems and point out possible solution options
- Enjoy working in an international team, with a high level of interpersonal skills to match
- Competence to adapt to a fast changing environment
- Good command of English
