Tasks
- Scanning and filing of QA relevant documents
- Training data entry into the DLS Kassel LIMS system
- Data maintenance in EXCEL
- Support in monitoring of processes
- Support in the conduct of internal audits
- Programming of cylinders and transponders
- Support in review of Change Requests
- Support in QA projects, such as implementation of Inspection Proof for the TBS sites or document control projects
- General administrative activities
- Support of each member of the QA team along the QA activities
**Requirements**:
- Very good German and English skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across the organization
- Demonstrated Critical thinking skills and sound judgment required.
