**Job Title**:Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Onsite Lead (GmbH)

**Job Location**:Ramstein Air Base, Germany

The ILS/On-Site Lead support will be required to obtain a work permit and perform for the duration of the contract under Ordinary Resident (OR) status.
- This position supports a US Military customer and may have a 24 x 7 support requirement which could include an Extended Workweek (EWW) or Shift Work during other than normal duty hours._

**Responsibilities**:

- Enable maintenance and warranty repair.
- Manage equipment inventory spares.
- Handle packaging and shipping (inbound and outbound).
- Maintain maintenance action tracking and status updates.
- Maintain equipment asset tracking and warranty status.
- Manage onsite personnel and services performed at off-site locations.
- Knowledge of AF868 Documentation for vehicle requests.
- Experience with Tracker Lite for Military Airlift (MILAIR) shipments.
- Experience with IGC to check the status of the MILAIR shipments.
- Maintain and oversee the storage and movement of equipment in and out of the warehouse.
- Follow the standard operating procedure (SOP) from the Satellite Communications (SATCOM) Maintenance Center (SMC) on reporting procedures.
- Assist with personnel logistics as needed for personnel traveling to remote and austere work locations.

**Job Requirements**
- Must be able to operate a forklift
- Must be able to manually lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to operate a floor jack.
- Must have OCONUS/Middle East area of responsibility (AOR) logistics experience.
- Experience with military shipping forms DD1149, DD1750, and FUVA (Funds Verification & Use Authorization) processes.
- Experience with Basic Military Supply Functions and Documentation (DD3161, DD2062, and DD1348 forms) and Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) disposition processes.
- Experience with MILAIR processes and procedures regarding Department of Defense Activity Address Code (DODAAC) & Unit Line Number (ULN).
- Knowledge of AK302 customs documentation.
- Knowledge of commercial shipping and forwarding.
- Knowledge of lateral equipment transfers, equipment issuance and disposition.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and a comprehensive background check.
- U.S. Secret Security Clearance required.
