Your Responsibilities

You will be in charge of building and designing innovative solutions in precision medicine with the latest available technologies in machine and deep learning with the goal of offering personalized Prescription Digital Therapeutics (PDTs) to patients globally based on their patient history and current medical condition. And you will do this together with a team of AI wizards that you will grow, manage and develop.

Your Toolkit
- You have a strong theoretical and practical understanding of machine learning and statistics and you understand that sometimes linear regression can do the trick while other problems will require state of the art reinforcement or deep learning models
- Very good master’s degree or PhD in computer science, machine learning or related fields
- You can design and architect ML pipelines that go into production and can continuously roll out new ML models into our products
- Deep experience with Python and its data science libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, numpy, tensorflow, pytorch etc.)
- At least two years of professional experience building, deploying and maintaining machine learning services in production
- Linux literacy and technical experience with Docker (preferably already with k8s)
- Ideally experience with user feedback loops and recommendation models
- You have experience leading direct reports or are willing to grow into the role with mentorship that we can provide
- You have a track record of supporting and motivating teams to achieve something great

About us

The digital healthcare system in Germany will grow into a multi-billion euro industry in the few years to come, driven - amongst others - by the Digital Supply Act and the implications of Covid-19. Kranus Health allows men to live a healthier longer life by providing access to the most up-to-date medical care.
We are a digital health platform for men and develop digital therapies based on the latest science for sexual health conditions. Our digital program “Kranus Edera” provides a 12-week plan to treat erectile dysfunction with personal, physiotherapeutic, mental and cardiovascular training, as well as pelvic floor exercises and progress tracking.

We are a founding team with a background in high-growth tech start-ups and Professor Dr. Miller from Charité Berlin. After a successful seed funding round, we are now looking for you as further reinforcement for our A-team.
