**Job Description**:
**Your mission during this flight**:
You will be part of the Learning and Development Team at Volocopter and will be actively supporting all our Learning & Development projects hands-on in all strategic, operational, and daily business tasks. Your responsibilities will be diverse and multifaceted, and you will collaborate closely with our Learning & Development Specialists.
- You will support, analyze and structure L&D needs throughout the company and transfer them into validated learning solutions (on site, hybrid and fully digital).
- You will design and develop training materials and e-learning modules.
- You will assist with employee performance management and implementing a new HR IT system.
- You will help to develop and design new development programs and initiatives, including aviation training related to DOA, POA and AOC.
- You will fully take on exciting tasks and perform a high level of reliability and accountability.
- You will have the opportunity to bring in innovative ideas and build structures and processes from scratch.
- You will develop solutions for challenging questions and can expect a sharp learning curve and personal growth.
**Qualifications**:
**Check in your professional skills**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s student in a relevant field.
- High level of accountability, ownership, and motivation.
- First practical experience in Learning & Development.
- Growth mindset to assist fostering a learning organization.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge.
- Fluent in English (German is a plus).
