Aufgaben
**Ein Arbeitstag bei summarum könnte also so aussehen**:
Wuppertal-Elberfeld, 08:30 Uhr. Wenn du barmherzig lächelnd durch die Räumlichkeiten des summarum-Büros zu schweben scheinst, nennt dich dein Team hinter deinem Rücken „Heiland von HR“. Den Bewerber-Marathon für den Kunden in Düsseldorf hast du grad eben von „vor Ort“ in „digital“ verwandelt wie Wasser in Wein. Mit strenger Milde verfasst du als Nächstes das Zeugnis für eine Mitarbeiterin eines Kunden aus Hamburg. Die Ankunft des neuen Kollegen in Wuppertal hast du bereits vorbereitet:

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und ggf. eine Zusatzqualifikation im Personalbereich oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss
- Praktische Erfahrung in der Personal-Administration und Multitasking-Skills
- Problemlösungs-Kompetenz und Lust auf immer neue Aufgaben
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und hohes Maß an Empathie
- Erfahrung mit Office-Programmen, idealerweise auch mit Agentur-, Personal
- oder Recruitingsoftware
