**Was Dich bei uns erwartet**:

- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des ESG-Knowhows innerhalb eines Teams mit sechzig Spezialisten
- Mitwirkung, Entwicklung und Pflege von Scoring Modellen zur Messung der Attraktivität von ESG-Maßnahmen für Investoren
- Einschätzung von Kosten für relevante ESG-Maßnahmen
- Mitglied in der EMEA Working Group ESG
- Ausarbeitung der Guiding Notes ESG
- Analyse von Effizienz, Impact und Marktgängigkeit von geplanten baulichen Maßnahmen
- Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Technology-Teams im In
- und Ausland
- Schulung des internen OCM Teams in ESG-relevanten Themen

**Das wünschen wir uns von Dir**:

- Abgeschlossenes technisches, wirtschaftswissenschaftliches oder immobilienwirtschaftliches Studium (z.B. Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL) an einer Fachhochschule oder Universität
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, finanzmathematisches Verständnis und eine strukturierte/detaillierte Arbeitsweise
- 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- ESG-Affinität mit fundierter Erfahrung
- Erfahrung in der Energieberatung
- Kenntnisse des MS Office-Pakets (insbesondere MS-Excel)
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohe Motivation, Eigeninitiative, Engagement und Zielorientierung
