**Job Summary**:
Sanford Federal, Inc. is currently seeking a Test Proctor / Test Administrator to work in Germany **and** perform his duties in such an effective manner.

**Duties**:
**Requirements**:

- Applicant must have at least an associate degree from a college or university accredited by an accreditation organization approved by the U.S. Department of Education.
- Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
- Must also be knowledgeable in using the following programs: Air University Course Development Student Administration and Registrar (CDSAR), Air Force Automated Education Management System (AFAEMS), and Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC).
- Must be proficient with U.S. Air Force mandatory and voluntary off-duty education program to include Career Development Course (CDC) End of Course exams, Air Force Professional Military Education (PME) testing programs, Air Education & Training Command Distributed Learning Service (AETC ADLS) testing programs, Defense Language Proficiency Testing (DLPT), Defense Language Aptitude Battery (DLAB), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Certifications, Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB)/Air Force Classification Test (AFCT), and Air Force Officer Qualification Test (AFOQT).
