For our Technical Training & Excellence team, we are looking for an expressive and motivated **Team Lead Technical Training & Excellence.**

As the team lead of the Technical Training & Excellence team, you will be responsible for the strategic decision making of the internal training of our CX department as well as the coordination and execution of external training towards partners and installers. To complete the responsibility portfolio, you work together with the team leads of our Executive Customer Relations to assure the quality of our technical support.

**You responsibilities would include**:

- Strategic decision making for the Technical Training & Excellence team
- Coordinate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to provide a high level of technical training
- Identify and monitor training needs in the CX organization and externally
- Conduct internal and external technical training of the tado° products (webinar and onsite training)
- Create technical training documentation
- Creation of training modules in a LMS/LXP environment
- As a tado° product expert / heating system expert you answer questions directly to all the stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- You have an excellent technical comprehension and developed analytical skills.
- You can easily master multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize them within the given OKRs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to visualize.
- Thorough understanding of different methods of learning.
- You have full working proficiency in English, any additional language is a plus.
- Living in the Munich area.
