NeuroNation and our medical device NeuroNation MED are multi-modal cognitive training products, which empower more than 30 million people all over the world in staying cognitively healthy in their lives and NeuroNation MED is the first prescription digital therapeutic to counter acquired and neurodegenerative mild cognitive impairments.
We collaborate closely with research organisations, clinics, and universities to develop the best cognitive training therapy possible. Our apps have received awards as apps of the year by Google and Apple and from major health insurance companies, such as the AOK, funded by the German Federal Ministry of Health.
To generate more evidence through clinical research, improve the training experience, and make the product more effective, we are opening a role for a flexible and passionate learner with a background in scientific research, statistics, and deep interest in digital health and games. The role touches many different fields, so you don't need to have all the know-how already - we are welcoming passionate learners who want to grow in this role.

**Your opportunities and responsibilities**
- Cooperate with clinicians and scientists from Australia to Canada and **initiate clinical research**to generate evidence for healthy ageing interventions and digital therapies for patients with cognitive impairments
- Design clinical trial design together with our science team
- Design the statistical analysis plan and evaluate outcomes
- Continuously incorporate the latest findings from published scientific papers and learnings from concepts that have been proven to have impact on clinical outcomes
- (Co-)Publish results, present at conferences and educate healthcare professionals and patients on best practices in cognitive training interventions
- Be your own user, assure the quality of the product, and become one of the experts for cognitive training
- Improve the training experience and the exercises of our mobile and web app by making NeuroNation as effective and engaging as possible as a contributor to the product team
- Live with a Growth mindset - constantly look for learning opportunities for yourself and the team
- Work closely with colleagues from Product, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Customer Care, and CRM
- Join the Growth and Product teams to collaboratively help millions of users and patients to recover and to stay fit
**Who you are and what you have done**
- You have advanced applied knowledge in clinical trial SAPs
- You have advanced knowledge of SQL, R, or Python
- You have at least 3 years of working experience in digital health or a Neurological field, Neuroscience, Cognitive Science, Psychology, or related fields
- You have a deep personal interest in BRAIN TRAINING and SELF-IMPROVEMENT
- You are well-organised and have good project management skills. You can multi-task and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- You have strong problem-solving skills
- You are a passionate learner
- You have personal experience as a user of digital health, education, or productivity apps
- You have personal experience as a user of digital games
- You are located in Berlin or willing to move
- You speak German and English with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- You have a deep interest in analysing engagement, adherence, and other behavioural data
- You are a team-player and love to help out your colleagues.
- Bonus: You have experience with Games or Gamification
