Data Maintenance and Office Support

The AIM Group is looking for a freelance data maintenance and sales support assistant for our Munich office. You will work directly with the managing director and make sure things get done. You must be well organized with a good understanding of the Internet and willing to take responsibility for projects assigned to you. It's **absolutely necessary** that you are at ease with handling tables, charts, and databases - strong knowledge of Excel and CRM systems definitely will help We appreciate initiative and ideas on how to improve processes.

**Your tasks will include**:

- Cleaning, matching, and maintaining records in our CRM system
- Actively identifying and qualifying prospects using various digital marketing tools
- Building reports, handling marketing campaigns, preparing the follow up for the sales team
- Building and maintaining project planning documents for our conferences
- Downloading and uploading data to various systems
- Classifying companies and contacts
- Helping with research

You need to be **VERY** comfortable with software and data. You should be passionate about data accuracy and detail. Using formulas and calculations shouldn't scare you. We use: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Campaign Monitor, Twitter, Trello, Linkedin and other cloud systems, as well as Zoom, Skype, GoogleMeet, Whatsapp, etc. for communications.

You need to like research on the Internet for the correct information. You can be creative when it comes to finding the best ways to fulfill your tasks, as there won't always be time for detailed instructions.

Much of the role can be done from home. If you prefer to work in the Munich office, there's a desk available. You will work as an independent contractor for 20h-30h a week, not as an employee, so you will be responsible yourself for your taxes, health insurance, etc. **NOTE: Not located in Munich? That's okay - but somewhere in Europe is preferred.**

The company language is English, so you **must be a native or bilingual English speaker**. If you know additional languages (especially German), that's a bonus.
