For the Executive MBA in Innovation & Business Creation program, we are looking for a Working Student - Education & Workshop Operations (M/F/x)

Location: Garching & Munich
Type: ca. 16h/week
**Your mission**
- Preparation and follow-up of course days of the Executive MBA in Innovation & Business Creation
- Operational setup and management of offline, hybrid and online events or other Formats at the Education Department
- Support in prospect and applicant management
- Assistance in planning and implementation of events
- Student and alumni tracking in CRM, setup of reports and dashboards

**Your profile**
- Some experience in working with online collaboration tools, such as Zoom, Slack, Notion and/or Miro
- Students of any academic background
- Fluent in English
- Reliable team-player
- Customer and service oriented
- Openness to a diverse group of people
- Knowledge of Google’s G Suite is a plus
- Willingness to also work on weekends and evenings.
