**Your Tasks**
- In your new role, you work closely with the Front Office colleagues in Germany, Italy and Spain on various portfolio and execution management tasks.
- You are jointly accountable for credit and operational risk compliance as well as with other Specialists for workload division, problem-solving, alignment on changing requirements and priority setting.
- Your support will be essential when we implement new products, onboard new customers, and improve our existing loan processing.
- With your excellent communication skills, you liaise with other departments concerning regulatory requirements, policies and compliance.
- As the point of contact for internal and external partners, you will also ensure that stakeholders are always informed of all progress and ensure smooth communication with other interfaces within the department.
- Your interpersonal skills are on par with your analytical skills: you monitor and maintain reporting and review dates for management and risk purposes on client and portfolio level, assist your team with recurring as well as ad hoc reportings and verify the data for correctness, timeliness, and completeness.

**Your Profile**
- Degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on finance, or a comparable qualification
- First relevant work experience / internships (previous experience of working in an operations function is preferred)
- Excellent analytical skills, acute attention to detail and focus on quality
- Good organizational skills that can juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, stay focused on deadlines, and handle complex projects efficiently
- Ability to work independently and in an agile team
- Reliable, curious and energetic
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, German is an advantage but not a prerequisite
