**Team mission**:
The Talent Development team facilitates a learning environment where employees can grow and succeed at the speed of our company. Optimizing our onboarding processes, leading our employee engagement initiatives, and designing L&D programs in cooperation with HR and business stakeholders are just some tasks ahead of the Talent Development Team.

Our Talent Development Team is looking for a Talent Development Working Student to facilitate the first days of our employees, coordinate learning activities, and support automating our processes. In this part-time role based in Berlin, you will contribute to our People Strategy by enabling a seamless employee journey across all teams. You'll have an important role in contributing to the mission of our Talent Development team from day one.

**You will**:

- Organize the Launch Day (the first day of new hires), including gathering necessary information, overseeing session logistics and co-facilitating
- Launch Day activities
- Coordinate communication between different People Team members, hiring managers and new joiners, and be the point of contact for various stakeholders Support the organization and coordination of trainings and other learning activities, from filing vendor invoices and booking training rooms & catering to sending out feedback surveys, and optimizing Workday Learning
- Work with Learning Manager to prepare training and learning content, and facilitate the sessions with employees
- Assist employees with questions about various learning and talent related topics, by managing Jira (employee questions and self-service portal)

**Who you are**:

- You are a student in a Bachelors or Masters Program
- You take pride in the quality of your work and have strong attention to detail
- You are well organized and willing to work independently
- You are a friendly and positive communicator with the ability to build enthusiasm, and have a great command of English language
- You are eager to provide improvement ideas and learn on the fly
- You have experience coordinating projects, schedules, facilities, and stakeholders
- You must be a registered student and have an eligible work permit for Germany to be considered for this position
