Senior Specialist Product Support

In your new role you responsibilities will include:
- **Creation, maintenance and updating of basic product data **depending on the various design statuses, versions and requirements
- **Ordering and controlling the production of development samples **at the global Infineon FE sites
- **Logistic support of development projects **in coordination with global development departments
- **Logistic support of the existing product range **in coordination with production management
- **Further development of Infineon internal procedures **, processes and methods for product support
You strive for continuous improvement and feel responsible for and contribute to the team success. You are personally committed to the customer's concerns, award them a high priority and focus your efforts on finding solutions that offer added value for both sides. You are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation and recognize and use different areas of expertise and skills of the team members.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Successfully **completed **technical, scientific or commercial studies **(Bachelor / Master), or alternatively technician training with several years of relevant professional experience
- The ability to **quickly absorb, interpret and evaluate information **and its context
- **Good office skills **as well as the ability to **work well in a team**:
- Open and clear communication skills in **English **, German is a plus
