**Junior Project Assistant / (Japanese/ German) Accounting (M/F/d)**

**YOUR TASKS**:

- Preparation and management of the accounts of our international (mainly Chinese) and national clients
- Handling of current financial accounting (posting and account assignment of incoming invoices, checking of receipts)
- Project related research
- Competent contact person for our clients as well as ensuring a smooth administrative process of projects

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Completed university or technical college studies or equivalent training
- Several years of experience in project management / project assistance
- At least three years of relevant professional experience in a similar position
- High level of professionalism and ability to work with high-level contacts
- Strong project coordination skills
- Ability to organize multiple priorities and work deadlines
- High level of initiative, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Independent and self-motivated approach to work, reliability
- Flexibility in terms of working hours and responsibilities depending on work requirements
- Confident handling of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Experience with DATEV or other accounting systems is an advantage
- Fluent in Japanese as well as business fluent in English and German
