**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Degree: Certificate. High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) equivalency completed. Completion of Administrative Assistant program.
- Experience: Two years’ experience with U.S. Military Healthcare delivery system and benefits or civilian managed care medical/administrative environment. Two years working experience in a medical office or clinic environment. One year experience with Composite Health Care System (CHCS) or other Civilian Healthcare Computer System
- Licensure: N/A
- Core Duties: Perform administrative services in support of the Referral Management Center (RMC) as required on the TO. Services include but are not limited to: Referral appointing, health benefits advice, referral tracking, and customer service.
