Aufgaben

We are seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) (M/F/d) to join our team in Munich. This unique position is designed for aspiring entrepreneurs who are looking to gain hands-on experience, learn from seasoned professionals, and develop their entrepreneurial skills.

As an EIR, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our leadership team (most notably the CFO/COO), contribute to strategic initiatives, and gain exposure to various aspects of our business. This position is ideal for individuals who have a strong passion for entrepreneurship and are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic and innovative environment.

**Your Tasks**:

- Assist in the execution of key projects (e.g., int. expansion) and initiatives by providing research, analysis, and operational support.
- Contribute to the development of business plans, financial models, and growth strategies.
- Conduct market research, customer surveys, and data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate ideas through market research, prototyping, and customer feedback.
- Demonstrate a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset by identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and initiatives, ensuring their successful execution within given timelines and resources.
- Support the leadership team in conducting day-to-day operations (e.g., (investor-) reporting, hiring, and presentations).

Qualifikation
- A strong interest in entrepreneurship and a desire to pursue a career in startups or venture capital.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and critically.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Demonstrated leadership potential and a track record of academic or professional achievements.
- Familiarity with business concepts, financial modeling, and market research techniques is a plus.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in business, entrepreneurship, or a related field is preferred.
- Very good German & English skills (both necessary).
