About the Job
We’re looking for a Co-Founder with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for AI/ML technology who wants to build a long-lasting, successful company. Whether you have experience founding startups, leading product teams, or selling AI/ML solutions, we want you to bring your unique vision, resilience, and courage to create something groundbreaking. There is no one-size-fits-all for this role—we’re looking for diverse leaders, whether you have experience in product management, consulting, or managing a business unit.
**In this role, you’ll**:

- Be immersed in the fast-paced, uncertain world of building a company from scratch.
- Have ongoing support from our investment managers, including feedback from an investor's perspective.
- Collaborate with the investment team to test industry hypotheses and connect with functional experts.
- Lead early-stage activities like market validation, user research, and conducting interviews.
- Take part in ideation, creating an MVP, raising a funding round, and hiring top talent.

Your Profile
- Experience in building startups, leading teams, and raising funds is desirable.
- Proven success in designing, building, and launching AI/ML products, with a strong understanding of product-market fit and user research.
- Experience selling AI/ML products or services, especially in B2B settings, with a proven ability to build strong, long-term client relationships.
- 1-2 years of experience as a software engineer or completion of a programming boot camp is a plus. Familiarity with AI/ML algorithms or platforms is also advantageous.
- You take ownership, are accountable, and approach challenges with resilience and determination.
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented, thriving in a dynamic, uncertain environment.
- You value diverse perspectives, and constructive discussions, and welcome feedback.

Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
