**The team**: Our Content Team is at the core of our company’s mission, empowering our users to lead healthier lives and helping our clients—corporates and insurers—drive meaningful health and wellbeing initiatives. This team creates impactful, scientifically backed content that supports both our app users and our clients in achieving their wellbeing goals.

**HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME**:
In this operational role, you will contribute as a Health Expert to developing and maintaining high-quality scientific and well-being content within our app. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope and implement meaningful health and well-being enhancements to our product, ensuring impactful outcomes for our users and clients.
- Be a key part of the team, supporting with all things related to Health Content, including research, development and maintenance of science-based health & wellbeing content
- Ensure all content meets our high standards for scientific accuracy and user engagement
- Support cross-functional projects to drive health outcomes and improve user experience
- Help plan and manage content-related projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Coordinate and troubleshoot content updates within the app, ensuring a seamless experience for users
- Research emerging trends in mental and physical health, sharing insights with the team to inform content strategy
- Assist other teams with campaign planning and health initiatives, offering a fresh perspective and practical support

**WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a health-related field, ideally in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, Health Sciences, or a similar discipline.
- Fluent in German with a strong command of English
- Initial experience through internships or entry-level roles in corporate health management, psychology, or health sciences
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy
- Open to feedback, and committed to continuous growth
- High command of Microsoft Office Google Suite
- Basic project management skills, with an ability to organise tasks and timelines effectively
- Eager to learn, take on new responsibilities, and contribute effectively within a team environment
- Genuine interest in the digital health sector and its potential for impactful change
