**YOUR TASKS**
Are you passionate about automotive innovation and simulation technologies? Join our R&D team to explore the physics and behavior of fogging and defogging in vehicle headlamps. This thesis will involve advanced modeling, simulation techniques, and validation strategies to improve visibility and safety in real-world conditions. Your tasks include:
- Model Development: You develop and validate physical models for humidity transfer, condensation, and evaporation.
- Simulation & Analysis: You simulate and analyze how environmental conditions affect headlamp performance.
- Collaboration: You work closely with experts in thermal management and testing.
- Internship & Thesis: You ideally combine an internship with a subsequent Master's thesis to tackle the topic in depth.

**DURATION**:at least 12 weeks
**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**
- University Enrollment: You are enrolled at a university and have not yet completed your final examination.
Field of Study: You are pursuing a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field and have a strong interest in CFD, thermodynamics, or automotive systems.
- Technical Skills: You bring programming skills and initial hands-on experience with CFD tools such as Simcenter STAR-CCM+.
- Personal Qualities: You are enthusiastic, work independently, and enjoy being part of a team.
