Als Experte mit Erfahrung und höchster Werkstoffkompetenz in Metall, Kunststoff sowie Keramik produzieren wir mit ca. 250 Mitarbeitern an zwei Standorten, individuell nach Kundenwunsch für den weltweiten Bedarf der chemischen Verfahrenstechnik.

**Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben sind**:

- Inhaltliche und terminliche Überwachung des projektrelevanten Dokumentengenehmigungsverfahrens
- Anfordern, Erstellen, Zusammenstellen von kundenspezifischen Dokumenten und Übermitteln über Kundenplattformen.
- Buchung und Archivierung der projektrelevanten Dokumente in ERPLN und im DMS D3
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen und Sicherstellung der fristgerechten Erstellung oder Revisionierung von Einzeldokumenten
- Pflege und Archivierung der Exportkontrollakte
- Stellung von AGG´s und AG´s beim BAFA in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
- Pflege der Kundenstammdaten im ERP System
- Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Unternehmensziele und Richtlinien ( Datenschutz, Qualität, Umwelt und ESH).

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Wünschenswert, Berufserfahrung im technischen und/oder kaufmännischen Bereich
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERPLN, Kenntnisse in DMS D3
- Erfahrungen im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Kulturen
- Fremdsprachen: Englisch in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprache von Vorteil
- Hohe soziale Kompetenz
- Überdurchschnittliche Einsatzbereitschaft
- Teamfähigkeit
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit
