Online Marketing Trainee

We're seeking online marketing enthusiasts who are eager to enhance their skills to a professional level with the support of our experienced marketing team. Our trainee program aims to prepare you for a qualified position within our company by providing practical experience with our structures and processes. During your first year of employment, you'll engage in a hybrid working model and work from our Berlin office at least three days per week. We'll collaborate with you to create a customized schedule based on your interests, skills, and priorities.

**As a trainee, you will learn how to**:

- Set up, run, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Develop creative social media campaigns and formats and create editorial contributions for social media.
- Optimize websites for SEO (on-page and off-page).
- Optimize landing pages for conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze traffic with Google Analytics and our BI Infrastructure.
- Create and optimize content for a better website experience.
- Overall, this is an excellent opportunity for anyone who wants to grow their online marketing skills and gain valuable experience in a professional setting._

**Good to have**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, media, communication, or a related field.
- Previous internship in social media or active personal social media accounts.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and KPIs.
- Strong organizational skills and creativity.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, as well as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio.
- Ability and interest in creating daily social media content (posts, reels, stories).
- Knowledge and understanding of social media management (follower base creation, content calendar, audience interaction).
- Experience with Shopify is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken English is required, and proficiency in German is preferred.
