**Détail du poste** **The Aircraft Coordinator is in charge of organizing and supporting production activities in association with different departments.** **Activities** - Coordinate/manage work orders with the different departments and liaise directly with the Aircraft Managers - Review and analyse activity on a weekly basis: blocking points, difficulties encountered, areas for improvement, etc. - Maintain a good relationship with the clients and keep them informed about ongoing activities and any related events - Ensure the preparation and availability of tools, kits, equipment and technical documentation for production (analyse the status of missing items; make sure parts are available in advance and order missing parts) - Ensure that the "aircraft schedule" is strictly respected - Provide daily reports on the number of work orders created and NCs processed - M**onitor DQNs and concessions: investigations, reminders to the different partners**: - Keep track of new aircrafts definitions (e.g.: catch-up work orders, updating plans) - Solve technical problems in liaison with the Design and Preparation Offices - Prioritise activities according to instructions from Aircraft Managers and milestones - Prepare and present reviews, indicators, the balance between workload/workforce according to priorities (to Operational Managers at the weekly meeting) - Organize and attend weekly meetings to plan activities via Aircraft Progress and distribute minutes to the support functions (prioritise work to be carried out, feedback on blocking points received from the previous shift) - Monitor the Production group’s work flows and take the necessary measures to bring them to an acceptable level in the event of deviation - Ensure that health, safety and environmental rules are respected within the team - Participate in the aircraft hand-over meeting (e.g.: Quality Gate J1/J2/FOT) and track non conformities identified during this hand-over so as to implement corrective actions - Report issues to OL/Service Manager (technical, HR, safety, etc.) - ** Ensure that activities are carried out in a**ccordance with good and professional practices as well as quality assurance procedures and criteria **Operational supervisor**:OL or Work Package Responsible** **Profil, expérience, formation** - **Experienced working with installation/removal of engine/Fan cowl projects" as preferable requirement**: - University degree in electrical, mechanical or structural engineering or aircraft maintenance; etc.; - Strong aviation experience - Knowledge of the aeronautical environment and technology (security, safety and quality measures) - Familiar with computer programs: MS Office programs, SAP, and Airbus internal tools (Tandem, ACPnG, etc.) - Familiar with drawings, work orders and other technical documentation - Good communication skills - Ability to plan and priorities activities efficiently - Desire to adapt to a multicultural environment - Desire to adapt to internal procedure and offer improvement tips - Ability to coordinate activities and inform stakeholders via writing concise and informative reports - Familiar with concession management and deal with discrepancies - Knowledge of the ISO 14001 environmental standards - Knowledge of technical documentation (drawings, work orders, SOI, Maintenance manuals etc.) - ** Good level of English: B2** **Skills** - Freely take initiatives - Dynamic and very flexible - Ability to work with short deadlines and responds to different requests on time - Strict, reactive and autonomous - Ability to work without supervision and with a solution-oriented mindset - Good at stress and pressure management - A well-developed ability to adapt - Good communication skills **Descriptif de l'entreprise** - DERICHEBOURG aeronautics services est reconnu comme l’un des leaders de la sous-traitance aéronautique à l’échelle européenne.
