**Job Description** What we do in Finance in AVIV**

Finance is a pivotal function at AVIV Group. Teams within Finance which include, Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Mergers and Acquisitions, Group Treasury, Tax and Procurement have a combined responsibility to ensure we grow sustainably, responsibly and aligned to our ambition of being the leading Real Estate Classifieds company in Europe. **Main areas of ownership & responsibility**

As Director Controlling & FP&A you will report directly to the CFO and hold key responsibility within the finance team. You will lead the FP&A function providing strategic financial insights. You will drive financial consolidation, data analytics and advancements in operational efficiencies.
- Own and lead the development and implementation of financial strategies to support long-term business goals
- Create financial models and support strategic decisions that drive value creation in short as well as the long term
- Partner with all functions across the business to build and drive financial models, reporting on meaningful financial and operational metrics, and drive insightful and data-led business decisions
- Strategically manage ongoing financial analysis on customer metrics, churn/upsell and developing a robust investment model to support and accelerate growth
- Lead forecasting and budgeting, partnering with department leaders on monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis
- Provide financial expertise to help support headcount planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
- Partner with the Accounting Team to support the month-end close process
- Be a champion for driving our inclusive culture, championing the AVIV behaviours in daily actions
- Engage and liaise with sponsors on regular reporting topics as well as special projects
- Enhance and improve our planning and performance management landscape by leveraging the power of financial and analytics systems and actively engaging with stakeholders across the group to set ambitious but achievable goals.

**Qualifications** What we're looking for**:

- ** 8+ years of professional experience** in leading positions in the financial sector, ideally in the FP&A are
- A degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
- Proven business partnership experience with C-suite executives and the demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership to various functions
- Sound P&L, balance sheet and cash flow knowledge and proven ability to map it in both analysis and forecasting models
- Strong understanding of corporate strategy and business processes
- Strong leadership skills that inspire and generate followership, while driving urgency as well as high performance. Ability to grow and develop strong & engaged teams
- Proven record in driving topics and projects in fast paced environments as well as acting as sparring partner for key decisions
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Fluent in English language, German and / or French represents a significant advantage
