Location: Bonn, Germany (hybrid) What you will be doing: Function: **Responsibilities**: Act as the single point of contact in providing an end-to-end recruitment service for Central Services. Central Services covers support functions such as IT, Marketing, Legal, HR, Finance, Digital, Operations, Compliance, property and facilities. Regularly engage with line managers and recruitment partners to understand client group's needs. Recruitment Process Management utilising Avature and TalentSource technology. Ensuring appropriate levels of signoff prior to commencing job search Headhunt and build networks in the appropriate sectors Build and maintain "talent pools" using client ATS Continue to develop innovative methods to attract top talent Participate in role briefings to enable a more efficient search Screen CVs in line with the line manager requirements and support the coordination team in arranging interviews as appropriate Process and Procedure compliance: Managing the offer process - including providing up-to-date salary/rate and market information and comparison data from recent hires in the business area Ensure thorough and complete tracking history of every applicant progress, contact and feedback through the client ATS Project work and reporting, as given by the business and Account Manager, on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis Ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets Keep abreast of market trends and legislative developments **Skills**: Demonstrable direct recruitment experience with multinational businesses from either inhouse, RPO or agency background The ability to adopt the techniques, creativity, and judgement necessary to source niche and volume roles Able to work collaboratively with colleagues - in this case the Relationship Manager, and Recruitment Partner who will be based in the UK Motivated by an intellectually stimulating recruitment environment and able to think outside the box and challenge the 'norm when engaging with the supply chain. The drive to continually look for ways to support the team in its continuous improvement and seek to improve quality of service for clients.
