Tasks

The position holder (gn) reports directly to the CFO and is a member of the Executive Team. You will be responsible for leading the local teams at the headquarters as well as the regional finance managers. You will be responsible for all financial policy issues of the Group.
- Responsibility for Controlling, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Business Intelligence for the Group
- Further development of reporting and further establishment of standard processes
- Management of efficient finance department structures with regard to Fast Close, Shared Service, ERP
- Further development of the SAP landscape for the relevant functions
- Planning and management of strategic (finance) projects in the context of further company transformation
- Stakeholder and relationship management (board, regions, peers, works council, employees, etc.)
- Advising the global senior management team on all finance-related topics

**Requirements**:

- Successfully completed studies (Univ., FH) with Master or Diploma
- Proven experience in financial management of international companies (complex, large structures with e.g. presence in Europe, USA and Asia)
- Practical and leadership experience in large, globally operating companies and with the self-image of a 'Playing Captain' at corporate level
- Relevant experience in the context of large projects and/or transformation programs (e.g. implementation of ERP/finance software, reorganization of operating model, support of growth phases and start-up of new locations)
- Visionary and experienced leader (leadership of executives, overall responsibility for large international finance teams, impulse generator/strategist, observer of trends and developments, networker with interest in business and market, board-level standing)
- You are business fluent in English and love to work internationally
