Proclinical are recruiting an Associate Director Clinical Data Management - Germany for a biotech organisation. This role is on a permanent basis with the ability to work remotely from anywhere in Germany.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a mentor for the new starters or possibly assign to suitable team members this action.
- Offer constant feedback to develop team members.
- Partake in the development and evaluate of portfolio documents which involves contracts, regulations, budgets, metrics, KPIs.
- Arrange and perform team meetings.
- You will take care of team development and recognise high-performance team members.
- Work alongside the (senior) director clinical data management on team development.
- Offer guidance to project teams on the oversight and monitor CRO/third party vendors and arrange training when required.
- Other duties may be assigned to this role.

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- At least 12 years of experience in clinical data management with a varied practice in oversight of DM actions in a Lead and DM project management role.
- Know-how of global regulations such as ICH-GCP for the performance of clinical research projects.
- Familiarity with clinical database systems and procedures, as well as resource planning.
- Educated to a degree level in a scientific field or prior involvement in a CRO/biotech/pharmaceutical organisation within a clinical data management role.
