**Your mission**:
Our Academy programs target companies in all of Germany and is using different channels and methods (online, offline, 1-on-1, blended, flipped) to deliver highly valuable and original content to our partners. We support our partner companies with a full and cohesive curriculum targeting multiple roles (engineers, managers, all employees, train the trainer). Together with members of our engineering and strategy teams, you will support the building and continuous improvement of our training content, as well as frameworks for the aai Academy teaching model.

As part of the team you will:

- Be an active part of a product team consisting of instructional designers, product owner, scrum master and UX/UI designers.
- Developing learner journeys for different roles within companies by researching high quality educational resources.
- Bringing in fresh ideas and initiatives to maximise our impact and tackle new challenges
- Working with internal experts (technical and business)

**Your profile**:
As a Junior AI Academy Associate, you enjoy structuring complex topics and problems to make them accessible to a wide audience, coming up with creative and hands-on solutions in interdisciplinary teams, and communicating the results of your work. You are interested in helping us to build an innovative digital tool for a scalable education solution. As a student you have gained first experience in researching AI related topics and educational resources. You bring some pre-existing knowledge about AI and preferably Large Language Models (LLMs).- Solid research skills to explore different AI-related Job roles, related skills and educational resources.
- Very good conceptual AI knowledge. Programming or detailed technical knowledge is not required.
- Interests in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience working in or for companies.
- Excited to develop a new tool through discussion and research.
- Open and proactive communication.
- Working with PPT and / or Google Docs is your bread and butter.
- Fluent English and German in word and writing.
- Preferably experience in product development (not required).
