Senior Designer

**Your mission**:
We are seeking a Senior Designer who understands how design contributes to growth, positioning, and product-market fit. In this role, you will act as a strategic bridge between marketing, design, and go-to-market, and shape how our brand and product reach the right users at the right time - with impact. In this role you will:
Support the design of our marketing-facing user journeys, collaborating closely with Product Marketing, UX, and Revenue teams.
- Translate complex technical value propositions into visually engaging, clear, and conversion-driven assets. (e.g., pitch presentations, product one pager, landing pages, print material)
Shape our go-to-market (GTM) design strategy across website, campaigns, events, and product storytelling.Take ownership of the design and visual storytelling for key industry events and trade shows.Drive growth design initiatives - identifying friction points, testing variants, and improving engagement and conversion.Support and evolve our design system for growth, balancing creativity with scalability. (e.g. reusable assets collections)Contribute to our brand evolution to serve both enterprise buyers and developer users.Act as a design counterpart in strategic launches and product releases (incl. messaging, landing pages, creative campaigns).
- Align design decisions with measurable business and GTM goals.

**Your profile**:
**What you need**

Several years of experience in design, including significant time in growth, brand, or marketing-focused roles in tech/SaaS.

Track record in strategic design work tied to go-to-market initiatives (e.g., launches, campaigns, rebranding, positioning).Strong visual design and conceptual skills (Figma, Adobe CC, Webflow or similar).Deep collaboration experience with PMM, Product, and Sales teams.Familiarity with performance metrics, conversion funnels, or A/B testing in a B2B context.Collaborative, self-organized, and able to challenge and co-develop ideas constructively.Willing to work regularly on-site in Dresden, within a 3h travel radius.Comfortable working across print, digital, spatial, and motion formats.Experience designing for trade shows, events, or live marketing experiences is a strong plus.
- Confident in English (B2+); German is a plus.

**What you’ll accomplish in your first year**
Lead the design execution of at least one product launch, including messaging, visual story, and GTM design.

Establish a repeatable model for marketing-design collaboration in our Revenue team.Refine the core brand story and design language for Wandelbots' growth channels.Deliver measurable improvements in engagement, conversion, and user onboarding experience.Help enable a GTM-centric design culture, empowering product and marketing to speak the same language.Contribute to at least two major trade shows or live events, delivering cohesive and high-impact design experiences.
- Help position Wandelbots visually as a category-defining innovator on stage and at the booth.
