We are a fast-growing startup in a pivotal phase, and we are looking for a Social Media Video Content Creator Intern to craft and execute high-performing social media content focused on fitness, mobility, and recovery. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital content creation, social media marketing, and brand storytelling within an innovative health and wellness company.

Tasks

As a Social Media Video Content Creator Intern, you will play a key role in shaping Aer’s online presence with engaging, high-quality video content. Your work will directly impact brand growth, audience engagement, and community building. You will:

  • Plan, shoot, edit, and produce short-form video content for Instagram (Meta), TikTok, and LinkedIn, with a focus on fitness, stretching, and mobility.
  • Develop creative concepts and social media campaigns that align with Aer’s branding and marketing strategy.
  • Edit video content using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools, ensuring a high-quality, fast-paced, and engaging style.
  • Optimize content for engagement and visibility by incorporating trends, hooks, and effective storytelling techniques.
  • Create supporting visual assets (thumbnails, overlays, captions) to enhance video performance.
  • Track and analyze content performance to refine strategy based on engagement data and insights.
  • Work closely with the marketing team and leadership to maintain branding consistency while pushing creative boundaries.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, fitness content trends, and competitor strategies to ensure Aer remains relevant and distinct.

**Requirements**

  • Experience in video content creation and social media management, preferably in fitness, wellness, or a related field (portfolio required).
  • Strong video editing skills, with proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • A deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video trends—you know how to create engaging and viral content.
  • A passion for fitness, health, and movement—you can communicate Aer’s methodology in an engaging and accessible way.
  • The ability to work independently and take ownership of content creation and strategy.
  • Fluency in English (German is a plus but not required).
  • Strong time management and organization skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a startup environment.
